Take entry level tools up a notch – or two!

When you are torn between expense and features / functionality of your tools… consider a classic upcycle or hack it better with Sugru.

I have a good hobby knife, but always wanted one with a soft grip.

If it ain’t broke… it doesn’t mean we can’t fix it.

After kneading the Sugru a little bit, I rolled it out flat and covered the grip.

I smoothed out the grip and cut off the excess.

I really liked the texture on the grip before… the best of both worlds?

With a little soapy water applied to my hobby knife’s big brother I was able to roll the texture onto my new grip.

No slip with a little grip brought to you by Sugru. My fingers thank you!
